About the role
As a strong HR Adminstrator, you are seeking a new challenge in a property development firm on the Gold Coast. You have extensive experience that will assist you in this role and see you succeed in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection (scope, advert posting, shortlisting, phone-screens, interview, ref checks, offer)
- Onboarding procedure (induction scheduling, admin prep, induction Day-1, process all docs)
- Probation meeting management (Survey Monkey and Outlook - both onboard and probation dates)
- Successful / Unsuccessful Probation Letter generating and issuing
- Offboarding procedure (checklist, comms and associated admin requirements)
- Managing FTA renewals
- Constant updating and managing of Masterfiles and Registers
- Leave and associated payroll queries
- HR general related queries (policy, procedure, employment conditions, salary information etc)
- Purchase Req's, PO's and Invoice management
- Creating and updating HR Template Library inventory items
- Candidates either emailing us directly / referrals sent through / queries about vacancies
- Leave processing (AR for payroll + processing of leave forms - approx. 5 mins per form and fortnightly preparation of AR's ahead of pay-cycles)
- Letters - Jury Duty excusal, confirmation of employment, rental reference etc
- Scheduled yearly HR events (end-year ARR and HCD x 2)
