This is a fantastic opportunity for a GIS analyst to be a part of a multi-billion dollar building precinct program.
As a GIS analyst you will be required to extract data from GIS software and translate that into useable information. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing maps and data sets to stakeholders to supplement analysis
- Updating and streamlining existing spatial data to improve drawing time and quality of display
- Providing advice and assist with identifying property constraints and opportunities
- Providing support to Managers in surveying and land boundary identification
- Undertake research projects such as identification of land, determinations of title and ownership, land zoning/usage, contamination review
To be successful for this role you will need to have had experience with GIS mapping with buildings. You will also need good communication skills as you will need to communicate with property professionals such as surveyors, valuers and engineers.
Based out of Central Sydney this role will be paying in the vicinity of $60 per hour + super for the right person.
