The role:
As a Bank Manager, you will be leading a small-medium team and ensuring they maintain strong relationships with their local customers. Based in the heart of Sydney, you will be well connected with your local community, inspire your team to add value to the customer experience and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This top performing branch will give you state level exposure and a chance to really progress your career within banking. Your leadership skills, banking experience and ambition will see you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of up to 8 staff and manage a key branch for the bank
- Coach and develop staff, whilst ensuring strong levels of staff engagement
- Engage in the recruitment and on-boarding of staff
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Implement and drive strategies that build and enrich customer relationships
- Adhere to banking policies and procedures
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in branch management for a bank or financial services firm is a must
- Demonstrated experience in influencing branch growth and performance
- You have ambition and drive
- You are reliable and take accountability
- You are customer focused and your approach is both ethical and professional
- You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are known to strive to be the best in your field
