Based North of Sydney, a local council is looking to engage a Civil Engineer with experience in assessing development applications related to public domain assets and infrastructure.
In this role, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for reviewing development application and commenting on all engineering related matters. As Civil Engineer you will assess drawings prior to the issuing of Construction Certificates and handle public enquires and complaints.
To be successful in this position you will be a qualified Civil Engineer with a degree recognised by Engineers Australia. You will have strong technical skills with the ability to read and analyse design and technical plans, as well as specifications for public domain, civil and infrastructure works. Experience assessing development applications is essential.
