Your new role
- You will be responsible for having great consultative conversations with our customers about how ARQ Group can help them grow their online presence
- Identify opportunities over the phone with our existing customers to promote our services on offer - web design, Search Engine Optimisation, Google ADs and more digital solutions
- Qualify and discover all assigned leads and refer through to the executive sales team
- Work towards achievable KPIs in an inbound and outbound phone based environment
Your skillset and experience
- You have the ability to develop relationships and build rapport over the phone easily
- Strong customer service skills from ideally a telesales/customer service/hospitality/retail environment
- You are motivated, with the drive to perform and achieve daily sales results and reach KPIs
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role
- Advantageous to have an interest in the digital marketing space (however not essential) - perfect opportunity for recent university graduates looking to get your foot in the door in this competitive industry
