This is an exceptional opportunity with a high profile construction group who are renowned through Australia as a leading group responsible for an outstanding mix of building solutions. As part of one of their flagship projects in Victoria they are seeking to appoint an additional Finishes Foreman to be heavily involved in services and finishing aspects of this complex project.
The project in question involves a multistorey new build project which incorporates a complex array of commercial finishing and services components. With an impressive project team encompassing Site Manager, General Foreman and supporting Co-ordinators and Administrators this is a project that is well resourced - where your focus will be running the program, assisting the Site Manager and existing Foreman for a 3 months period, taking a lead in overseeing many finishing components of the project.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong track record in medium to large scale commercial build projects in Victoria, with head contractor experience. A strong understanding and experience of Services and Finishes is required whilst a commitment to best practise in OH&S and IR is imperative as is a stable and strong work history - this project team is positive, proactive with a partnership approach that promotes equality.
Hourly rate in the range of $55 per hour - $70 per hour plus super range available, dependent upon experience.
