About the role
This role will see you making proactive outbound calls to superannuation members to ensure they are optimising on their benefits. This will also be a role with the purpose of educating members . YThis role is about ensuring that the clients are getting a great service helping the advisors.
You will be handling a large amount of both inbound and outbound calls regarding remediation. You will be trained on asking the right questions and be able to research individual issues and escalate problems that are out of your jurisdiction.
You will be building sustainable relationships with both advisors and clients.
Your Experience
Minimum 1 year working in superannuation
Strong superannuation knowledge
Call centre experience
