Your New Role
As the Supply Chain Coordinator / Customer Service Representative, your aim is to ensure smooth order processing and distribution process for all customers. This is a diverse and operational role that requires a high level of customer service, reporting and administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Process customer orders into the Salesforce system
- Ensure product SKUs, quantities and prices are all correct for orders
- Monitor orders and communicate any changes in regards to distributions
- Regular reporting on stock on hand and order back logs
- Ensure paperwork is compliant to company standards
- Maintain a high level of customer service

About You
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Imports, Exports, Order Processing, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology (MedTech) or Health Care industry experience (desirable)
- Possess a high level of communication
- Experience using Salesforce, Ariba, Coupa, SAP or any other CRM or ERP system (desirable)
