Randstad is searching for a strong administration candidate who has experience to start with our reputable clients within the Brisbane region. The successful candidate will have exceptional excell document skills.

We are looking for a strong administration candidate who is enthusiastic and passionate about administration and will support the team and provide knowledge and assist when needed.

Duties:

  • Taking in enquiries
  • Filing and mailing documents
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Finalising invoices & data entry
  • Registering vehicles
  • General administration duties
  • Provide customer service
  • Directing phone calls

Skills and experience:

  • Piping industry experience is desired
  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • MUST have experience in administration
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments

To be successful for this role, you must have experience as an administrator and have excellent computer literacy.
