Are you a passionate and experienced Science or Maths teacher who is driven by seeing their students succeed? Would you like to fundamentally influence the lives of student's under your care and do you thrive on building positive relationships?

An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Science or Maths teacher, who has a willingness to also teach Mathematics, to join our school in Term 1 of January 2020.

About the school:

  • Years 7-12 Independent School
  • Inspire students to learn and lead
  • Provides a strong sense of community and belonging.

About the role:

  • Yr 9-12 Science
  • Full time, permanent role
  • Programming curriculum
  • Maintaining all relevant student records
  • Teaching students utilising differentiated and student centred strategies a
  • Employing approaches to enhance student wellbeing and achievement.

About You:

  • Qualified Science / Maths Teacher
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Australian Citizen or Resident with valid work rights
  • Have a valid NESA teacher registration
  • Hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check
  • Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in programming curriculum and assessment in a differentiated and inclusive classroom environment.
