Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Confirm order, create customer account, organise, check payment ,signed documents & chasing finance approval
  • Check order in the System is correct.
  • Create the Invoice, send the invoice to the customer and the finance company
  • Be the point of contact for any additional customer needs or requests
  • Order Third Party orders, update Sales Order & raise a PO
  • Pre-Shipment call if the equipment are coming from HQ
  • Pre-Installation call
  • Organise transport, organise a date and organise installers and email all the third parties involved
  • Organise the warehouse picking by sending the pick list and despatch note once the equipment are picked and S/N supplied
  • Track containers or move stock between states

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • The ability to work in a fast, dynamic and ever changing team environment
  • Experience in Customer service or logistics coordination role
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly developed verbal and writing skills
