The Company:

Our client is an independent, co-educational, primary and secondary school in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. They are seeking a HR Admin assistant to join their friendly team!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR Manager with clerical and administration duties
  • Assisting with general Human Resource tasks
  • Organise and plan events: Staff functions Meetings and training
  • Preparing reports and documentation
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff members

Skills:

  • Must be fluent in French and English (essential)
  • 1 year experience in HR
  • High attention to detail
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Work well in a team environment
