Systems Support Specialst

Our client requires a Systems Support Specialist for there head office in Ingleburn.

As a Systems support Specialist your role see you provide Level 2 / 3 Internal /external support.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with all users to provide support, problem resolution, system training and co-ordination to ensure ICT systems are stable and functioning correctly
  • Providing Level 2 / 3 proactive supports IT System.
  • Providing advanced support and troubleshooting to Active Directory + Supporting Technologies Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
  • Ensuring all system and data backups are performed successfully across multiple backup environments
  • Maintaining Disaster Recovery procedures.
  • Device provisioning through MDM and Imaging Services

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Experience in supporting various technologies including, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Extensive commercial IT systems administration experience.
  • Device provisioning through MDM and Imaging Services
  • Demonstrated administration experience within 'Supported Systems' in a distributed environment.
  • Actively participate in a team environment with the ability to impart knowledge to others.

This is a 12 month Fixed term role with the possibility of going full time later.

You must have a car and be happy to drive as public transport options are not available.
