Permanent role within a fantastic organisation managing a team of 18 staff who are customer facing

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to manage, lead and mentor a team of 18 customer facing staff who pride themselves on their customer service skills. If you're passionate about people and customer service then this is the role for you. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, although you will need to be contactable Saturday mornings.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer service flow and experience
  • Developing and mentoring people
  • Build rosters
  • Payroll reporting
  • Managing compliance and auditing
  • Work on improving customer delivery

The candidate

You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager who has previously managed a team of customer facing staff.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Experience managing a team within a store or other customer facing environment
  • Great coaching and leadership skills
