Payroll Systems Analyst - SAP HCM

A leading organisation requires a SAP HCM analyst to work within their HR, Payroll and Systems team.

A large organisation with roughly 3,000 employees are seeking someone with SAP payroll configuration/development experience to assist them in supporting the HCM manager throughout a period of exciting transformation.

You will be able to work throughout change and relish opportunities to work collaboratively to improve systems and the way that the organisation uses them.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Working with system users and the wider business in order to take appropriate courses of action to resolve technical problems.
  • Assisting in configuration of SAP modules: PA, OM, TM, BM, ESS/MSS.
  • Aid in the delivery of the development of features in SAP HCM.
  • Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and follow standardised methods and procedures.
  • Provide a customer focused service.
  • Liaise with functional partners and process owners.
  • Develop and review solution design and system configurations.
    Prepare UAT plans, execute tests, review data and acceptance and insure there are no unintended consequences within SAP or other systems of the aforementioned solution.
  • Provide specialist technical advice.
  • Maintain systems governance.

We are looking for:

  • An individual with either experience using SAP and configuring SAP or someone with extensive SAP payroll experience and HCM Certification. Experience implementing SAP ECC6 modules is a desirable and advanced office skills.
