Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected Bank as a Business Development Manager under the Strategic Partnerships and Alliances division.

Randstad is seeking a BDM who is an expert in the field of consumer lending and has a strong network Melbourne Wide.

In this position you will be responsible for working to build and grow networks with introducers in lending as well as developing the relationships of new customers through current internal and external networks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the below:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of consumer lending
  • Confidence and drive to build networks also to navigate new business in the right direction
  • Previous experience in developing new referrers and business partners
  • Proven abilities to lead business across various markets
  • Motivated, engaging and influential to others in achieving great outcomes within the company
