Onboarding Manager and Senior Analyst

Manager and Senior Analyst with Onboarding experience required to manage Offboarding team within large Institutional Bank.

Large Institutional bank seeking an Onboarding Manager and Senior Analyst to join their Offboarding team.

Ideal candidates will have in-depth experience in Onboarding clients, previous people management skills (for managerial position and the ability to manage and direct a number of stakeholders towards making a collective decision.

Responsibilities

Daily operational management of the team ensuring appropriate workflow planning & monitoring, scheduling of resources, operational risk management and situation management.

Working in partnership with different divisions for the business such as Relationship Managers, Operations, Credit and Legal & Compliance.

Provide efficient and timely Offboarding of existing client relationships to the business.

Requirements

Previous Onboarding experience is a necessity.

Previous experience in leading a team and managing people (for manager position).

Excellent commination skills and well-versed in managing a whole number of stakeholders towards a collective decision.
