Currently experiencing rapid growth in the AWS & Azure practice, our client is looking to appoint a Cloud Solutions (AWS/Azure) Account Executive in Melbourne.

Summary:

Responsible for exceeding sales goals by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with new clients.

Focused on major enterprise customers selling the following services:

  • AWS consulting, workload migration and managed services
  • Azure consulting, workload migration and managed services
  • O365 consulting, migration and managed services
  • Cloud based backup solutions
  • Microsoft based unified communication solutions

As the Account Executive selling our client's cloud solutions you will also have to ability to sell any of the products and service available within the wider portfolio, including software licences and software lifecycle management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working in collaboration with your solutions team your primary role will be to generate new business opportunities in large corporate enterprises. You will identify and provide solutions and services to direct clients. Negotiating leads and coordinating complex long term sales cycles to deliver on your multimillion dollar sales target.

You will prepare and deliver winning presentations which articulate the value proposition for your customers, outlying the ROI that your service offering can deliver.

Sales Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Degree level preferred and/or demonstrated ability to quickly learn
  • Ideally technically certified in 1 or more cloud platform
  • Well proven hunter sales experience in the cloud solutions and services (AWS/Azure/Google) - min 3 years
  • Strong consulting skills to analyse and document customer business requirements and pain points.
  • Ability to build broad networks within enterprise accounts across IT operations, project teams, architects, security, software managers, procurement and commercial teams.
  • Experienced in various sales methodologies
  • Commercial knowledge of pricing AWS and Azure platforms based on specific customer technical requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment without supervision

The Reward:

Your skills and experience will be well rewarded. While there is scope for flexibility the base salary will be negotiated between $150k and $170k + Super. In addition your sales achievements will attract a commission of another $100k+
