Your new role

As the Client Success Manager, your focus will be to prioritise your customers needs and wants. You will provide customers with the best possible experience with managing their accounts and with any additional support they may need.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are on-boarded in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and communicate what features will be most relevant to each client
  • Provide a high level of customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify buying signals and key areas to up-sell
  • Encourage an open relationship with clients where feedback is embraced

About you

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Development Executive, Inside Sales Representative, Recruitment Consultant or any similar role
  • Ability to work in a strong sales environment and consistently exceed KPI's
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
