The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to come on board to support the Senior Logistics and Inventory Coordinator with sales administration and supply chain functions. The core duties include:

  • Coordinate the logistics of products from the warehouse to the customer
  • Manage stock inventory levels using excel spreadsheets and company database
  • Process new orders using ERP system
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and third party logistics (3PL)
  • Prepare reports and raise invoices/purchase orders

About you

The skills and competencies required for this role include:

  • Previous experience in logistics, sales administration or similar role type
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
