About the role

Our client is currently recruiting an Administrator\Customer Service Representative to work within their corporate office based in Rydalmere. You will be joining a highly reputable company who are a leader in their field globally. The role will be on a fulltime basis with a view of permanency, providing you with potential for growth and development within a stable role.

Your typical day will include:

  • Accurate data entry of sales orders, product returns, GRA's, stock into SAP system
  • Updating and completing orders in SAP order entry system
  • Liaising with customers, sales team, warehouses , re orders and deliveries, min 50 calls per day
  • Providing stock availability and pricing to customers
  • Maintaining back-orders
  • Managing customer orders including stock, invoicing, delivery dates
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Answering enquiries and providing advice on products
  • Updating customers on status of their orders
  • Filing of documentation
  • Supporting other team members as required

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Pro-active, largely independent, career minded
  • Min 3- 5 years experience in a customer service role
