Your new role

  • As the first point of contact for customers, you'll receive inbound calls regarding general, everyday banking queries
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service and go above and beyond
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers across a range of banking products and services
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems and software to use simultaneously

Your skills and experience

  • A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
  • Positive and resilient professional focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day
  • A sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services

Please note: We're looking for flexible candidates as this customer care team works on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 7.30pm.
