Credit Supervisor

Being an experienced and driven Credit Team Leader / Supervisor this hands on role will allow you to utilise your skills and knowledge to lead and motivate their medium sized credit team on a day to day basis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 4-5 credit professional and ensuring DSOs are managed effectively Responsible for the NSW ledger
  • Setting and monitoring staff KPI's and team targets
  • Focus on continuous improvement to processes and procedures
  • Managing escalated calls and maintaining relationships with Major accounts
  • Assist with managing the company's trade credit insurance and credit risk policy
  • Ensuring lines of communication are open and clear with other departments within the organisation and management
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience in credit and staff leadership
  • Background in high volume / high value or fast paced environment
  • Proven track record in driving productivity and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure in large ERP Systems
