Customer Service Team Leader - Parking Operator

seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to provide a high level of customer service and support to the customer service team

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to provide a high level of customer service and support to the customer service team. You will be working within parking and operations area. In this position you will be responsible for looking after the maintenance of car parks as well as being the first point of contact for any customer and Customer Service Officers enquiries.

You will be required to:

  • Provide friendly, professional and courteous customer service and provide timely and effective responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for delegation of daily tasks, performance managing, approving leave requests and liaising with the senior managers to escalate matters as required.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with the management and other team members
  • Ensure regular maintenance and audit of machine and operational floats are completed accurately and efficiently as to agreed timeframe.
  • Invoicing and renewals including programming of cards and updating records are completed accurately and efficiently as to agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure observance of all security recommendations and protocols are maintained and communicated as necessary.
  • Conduct and report any incident & WHS hazard via correct reporting processes
  • Complete data entry as required for weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct regular patrols of precinct parking areas, short term zones and restricted zones, including the issuing of warnings and parking infringement notices
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Senior Management team

To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication Skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years managing experience.
  • Must always be professionally presented with a professional manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience with Parking and Parking Duties will be highly regarded
  • Manual Drivers Licence
