Collections Officer

Permanent role with a great company, onsite parking & great team!!!!

The position is responsible for ongoing customer account management including collections, as well as undertaking general customer service and administrative tasks to support the senior management team The position liaises with current and prospective customers on a daily basis.

Duties:
·Management of customer accounts
·Conducting credit checks
·Following up accounts in arrears
·Negotiating payment plans with customers
·Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers
·Assist the organization in improving processes
·Data entry of Lease Agreements and payment plans
·Other general administrative duties to support the Team Leader as required
·Actively contribute to the organisations goals and targets, including enquiry conversion rates, arrears rates and customer satisfaction

In order to be successful you will possess:
·A supportive and encouraging team approach
·Strong customer service and administration experience
·Confidence in negotiation and dispute resolution
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Priority-setting and multi-tasking skills
·Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
