We currently have multiple roles available for corporate and international tax specialists based in Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in tax or M&A at Big 4 or Mid-Tier CA firms and is looking to move out of public practice.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- tertiary qualifications in Taxation, Accounting, Commerce or Law;
- 3+ years' experience in Tax or Law;
- experience in international tax structuring;
- experience advising on complex compliance matters;
- demonstrated experience in M&A and due diligence projects; and
- the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
