The Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with the external change management team for the new Customer Relationship Management System project to ensure that the stakeholders are prepared to receive the and recognize the benefits associated with digitalised processes and how this will positively impact on the operations.
Qualifications/ Education Level
- Relevant tertiary qualification or relevant work experience that could be equated to tertiary qualifications.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong change leadership skills
- Project Management skills, including planning, organisational and decision making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with highly developed interpersonal skills
- A strong and genuine commitment to customer service
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and communicate,
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to review and analyse data to make recommendations
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactive problem solving skills and lead by example to drive change and achieve continuous improvement
Experience
- Previous experience managing a technology project from a change viewpoint
- Previous experience in local government
