This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work within a successful and committed team responsible for maintaining the timely and efficient supply chain functions such as planning, scheduling, and dispatch. This role will be a short term assignment to begin with, with a potential review for extension.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to are;
- Processing existing and new product information in SAP.
- Support the implementation of inventory management
- Follow up on orders, shipments and check stock levels
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Conflict resolution
- Customer service and care
- Conduct stock investigations
- Work closely with suppliers, shipping and logistic companies
To be considered for this role you must have proven hands on experience handling SAP in a similar position. You must demonstrate basic knowledge and experience in supply chain management. You must also have great attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
