Join a growing IT solutions business based in the CBD - Phone based role with 1-week training in the USA. $100K OTE with a great culture!

An excellent and growing global IT service provider is currently looking to bring in multiple Business Development representatives to join their successful business development team. The company prides itself on its culture and provides an exciting and dynamic workplace. as part of the training process, you will be flown out to the USA for a weeks training in head office. This role will be working with managed service providers to provide data protection, business continuity, networking etc. They currently work with over 14,000 partners around the world with over 20 offices globally.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Grow the teams' number of new business closed by generating new qualified leads
  • Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
  • 60 - 80 outbound prospecting calls day
  • Research and document contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated
  • Utilise the CRM to ensure activities are documented, opportunities are forecasted and information about the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities

About You:

  • Experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives to SMB and midmarket focused MSP’s and/or Resellers would be advantageous but not essential 
  • Experience meeting minimum outbound call volume and/or talk time goals
  • You keep things in order and notice the little details
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • You know how to juggle tasks and aren't afraid to tackle a project alone
  • You know how to relay information base on your audience
  • You excel in an energised, achievement-based environment
  • Experience remaining calm while overcoming objections
