Customer Service Officer

$45,000 - $50,000 + Super

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate customer service candidate to join down to earth and supportive team.

You will be working for a well-established not-for-profit based in the heart of the CBD. The right candidate will be dealing with a high volume of membership enquires / renewals for new and existing clients, processing applications and general administrative tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answer enquiries from staff or the public relating to membership
  • Assist with the processing of membership applications including credit card authorisations, refunds and assisting online lodgement and logging in.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of database records
  • General office duties including opening and sorting mail, sending out mail-outs, filing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Provide back-up to the other staff


Skills:
  • Office based experience is essential
  • Open and clear communication style
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient on MS Office Packages
