This is a challenging role that requires a suitably qualified and experienced HR professional who can confidently develop and empower a workforce to meet business objectives. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels of an organization will be well rewarded, as will your ability to take on a number of HR functions. Your good knowledge of OH&S, coupled with your ability to support the team will be critical to your success. Experience from a manufacturing background may also be beneficial to your success.

Criteria for the role are:

3+ years Generalist Experience. If you have worked in an autonomous role this would be seen as advantageous.
Safety knowledge / experience. No formal qualifications are required although on the ground experience highly favourable.
Exposure or experience with national Safety and IR legislation
If you come from an Industrial background this would be seen favourable but not a requirement to be shortlisted.
